Creamy Garlic Mashed "Potatoes"

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower2 wedges Laughing cow light Garlic and herb3 teaspoons Kernel Season popcorn seasoning Parmessan and Garlic2 chicken bullion cubespepper- if desired
Directions
Cut one head of cauliflower into 1inch chunks, place in pan along with water and bullion cubes, turn on medium high heat.
Let cook 10-15 minutes until fork tender. Place cauliflower in strainer and let it sit at least 5 minutes, you want to make sure they are dry so you don't have soupy potatoes. Once drained transfer into large mixing bowl, add laughing cow cheese, and seasoning's, using a mixer mix all ingredient until they become mashed potatoe-y then enjoy! Makes 2 huge servings
