Slow cooker tex-mex chicken

Ingredients
Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can drainedCanned Tomatoes, 2 can with juiceBeans, black, 1can with juice*Brown Rice - Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown RIce, 1pkg, ready made*Morton Lite Salt, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp *Diced Jalapeno Peppers, 3 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tbsp *Raw White Onion chopped
Directions
Put cooked chicken and the rest of the ingredients into a slow cooker, turn to high until it comes to a boil. Turn to low and let simmer for at least 2 hrs. Serve alone or with tortilla chips.
