Ingredients
2 cups white rice1/2 cup egg (scrambled) 6 oz chicken breast (Cooked, diced)1 tbsp soy sauce (on the chicken)1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers1/4 cup diced red onion4 large shrimp1/2 cup fresh pineapple.25 cup frozen hard peas1 package Kikkoman fried rice mix (not calculated in the calories or salt for this recipe)10 coarsely ground peanutsScallions
Directions
Wokify everything separately with some Pam. Throw together and add fried rice mix. Garnish with a bunch of chopped scallions and peanuts. Serve in a hollow pineapple.
