2 - 11 oz French Vanilla EAS Carb Control Shakes4 oz Cream Cheese.5 cup Hoods Calorie Countdown 2% Dairy Beverage1 Envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatine2 Tbs Sugar Free Syrup
Combine all ingredients except the syrup in a saucepan and blend until smooth. I use an emersion blender to ensure that all ingredients are blended smoothly. Heat until just steaming. Divide into individual servings and chill until set. Add sugar free syrup before serving.
