Bok Choy Stir Fried

Ingredients
4 Cups Baby Bok Choy Cleaned9 Garlic Cloves Crushed or thinly sliced4 Tbsp Onions raw & chopped0.5 Tbsp Oil
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan until very hot.
2. Add Chopped onions & Garlic Slices and stir for about 30 seconds.
3. Add Baby Bok Choy and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Cover, lower heat to about medium and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings (About 1 cup each)
