Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
2 large crowns/stalks of fresh broccoli1 tbsp EVOO1 tsp splendasalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut broccoli into florettes toss in EVOO, splenda, salt and pepper. Cover baking sheet in tin foil and spread broccoli over top. Broil on low for about 5-7 minutes until slightly brown edges appear. Enjoy!
