8 oz package Philadelphia Low Fat Cream Cheese1/3 Cup Hot Water2 Bouillon cubes Garlic Salt to taste
Directions
Disolve 2 Bouillon cubes in 1/3 cup hot water. Using an electic mixer, blend cream cheese with the hot water mix. Add garlic salt to taste. 8 one ounce servings, 71 calories, 5.3 gms total fat.

    So simple, so brilliant! The hot water softens the cream cheese. I can use whatever flavor bouillon cubes suit me, and add other herbs and spices in addition to garlic salt if I want. Blending with whip attachment increased volume. Many thanks to ResortLiving for the tips! - 7/31/10
