Ingredients
1 pk Lipton Vegetable soup 1/4 cup whole grain rice5 stalks of celery 1 bag baby carrots 2 cups green beans 10 asparagus1/4 cup each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers3 tomatoes5 baby red potatoes2 tbs.vegetable garlic & herb seasoning1 large red onion
Directions
Bring carrots and lipton vegetable soup mix to a Boil. Reduce and continue cooking until carrots are almost cooked. Add red potatoes and let cook for 5 minutes. Then add the remainder of ingredients. Learn to enjoy the natural flavor of vegetables. The less cooking the better. Makes 10 2-cup servings
