whole wheat pancakes in a blender

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1 1/2 c buttermilk1 T flax seed1 egg1/4 tsp salt2 T honey1/4 tsp baking soda1 T baking powder
Directions
In a blender, blend the first 2 ingredients for 3 minutes. you may have to use a spatula to scrape the sides. Add the next 4 ingredients and blend for 10 seconds. Add the final 2 ingredients and pulse a few times. Let batter stand for a few minutes while the griddle/pan is heating up. Cook. Makes about 10-12.
