Ingredients

Directions
Peel and wash potatoes. Shred potatoes into bowl. Add the Recipe Mix and spices (you can use the spices I have included or season to your own taste.) Mix well. Take two pretty large sheets of foil. Spray one side of each sheet with cooking spray. In center of foil spread across potato mixture. Put 3 tbsp across each potato pile. Fold up the foil to completely enclose the potatoes and not let out any juice or anything (you will flip it on the grill). Place on preheated grill on Medium to Medium-high. Cook for 20-25 minutes on each side. Open half way through to see how fast they are cooking. they should become soft on the inside of the pile and getting crispy on the outside. Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings.

    I used all the ingredients here except the butter. substituted olive oil. I did them in a fry pan, since my grill isn't working and I loved the combination of ingredients Thanks. - 11/9/10
