Ingredients
1# ground turkey breast1/4 t dried parsley1/4 t ground sage1/4 t black pepper1/4 t cayenne or red pepper1/4 t ground thyme1/4 t ground coriander1/2 T Colgin Liquid Smoke
Directions
Makes 4-4 ounce patties. You can cook 2 ounce patties if you like other protein with it.

Mix ground turkey, spices and liquid smoke in a 6 cup bowl. Store in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld (about 24 hours). Separate into patties and brown in a skillet until the juices run clear.
