Turkey & Black Bean Patties

Ingredients
20 oz ground turkey breast1/2 medium onion, chopped1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 cup Trader Joe Cuban Black BeansSalt PepperGarlic Powder2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Heat oil in skillet. From mixture into 6 patties. They will be soft and sticky. Place patties in skillet and brown on medium heat. Flip and brown on other side. Serve with a yogurt sauce like tzatziki.
