Ingredients
1 Medium PotatoCrisco 100% Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray2 tsps Lizzie's Kitchen Pepper Blend Seasoning or similar seasoning
Directions
Thinly slice potato and place individually and separated on cookie sheet sprayed with Crisco cooking spray. Sprinkle approximately 1 tsp of Lizzie's Kitchen Pepper Blend seasonings over potato slices. Spray potato slices lightly with cooking spray and put in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn potato slices over, sprinkle 1 tsp of seasoning over this side of potato slice. Spray lightly with cooking spray and bake an additional 10 minutes on this side. One potato makes 2 servings of baked potato chips.

    Yummy! I added it as a side to my tuna salad sandwich for lunch. I did find that I had to cook them about 5 to 10 minutes longer on each side. I also used a spicy garlic salt substitute on mine, adding a little zest. - 3/9/10

    I made 3 potatoes at once, but mine were not crunchy (they were thin enough to see through) and I even put them on broil. I did use a baking stone...what type of pan did you use? I'd be willing to try again. - 2/11/10
