Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil1 medium onion3 stalks celery3 medium tomato seedless and chopped2 cups water4 potato bake in microwave40 oz chicken breast.5 cup canola margarine.25 cup flour3 cups cheddar cheese reduce fat2 cups lactose free skim milk
Directions
cook onion, celery and tomato in olive oil, add chicken cook and then add cooked potato and water boil and then simmer in low, in anoter pot add canola butter or margarine and flour milk and cheese make a sauce , add this to the chicken pot and let cook in low for 15 min.
