CP's Gizzard Stuffing (1/2 cup)

Ingredients
Brownberry Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix, 11.25 cupChicken Gizzards & Hearts, 12 ozCelery, cooked, 255 gramsSage, ground, 4 tbsp*Minced Onion, 0.5 tspWater, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cut the gizzards into small pieces and stew for 3 hours - add water as needed
Pour gizzards into stuffing mix
Chop celery into small pieces and steam until almost tender.
Add celery, onion and sage to stuffing mix.
Add water to gizzard water to make at least 3 cups (add more or less as desired)
Mix all together and bake at 375 deg for 45min-1hr
