Lemon Shrimp and Zucchini Kabobs

24 Thawed, medium shrimp24 Mushroom slices4 Slices bacon cut into 24 pieces24 1/2 in. Zucchini slicessalt / pepper2 Tbsp. lemon juiceGarlic Sauce:1/2 c. Melted margarine2 Tbsp. Minced onion2 Cloves or 1 tsp. Garlic1 tsp. dried Parsley or 1 Tbsp. fresh1/2 tsp. Black Pepper1/4 tsp. Salt1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Mince garlic, and onion in food processor, add maragarine and rest of Garlic Sauce ingredients.
Peel shrimp (if not already peeled). Alternate on skewer, shrimp, mushroom, bacon and zucchini. Brush with Garlic Sauce.
Cook in broiler for 3 mins. on each side or grill skewers on grill for 6 minutes on each side. Brush each side with garlic Sauce. Brush with straight lemon juice before serving. Serve alone or over lightly seasoned rice and lettuce salad.
