Wacky Cake (Chocolate Cake)

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup sugar3 Tblsp cocoa1.5 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup cold water6 Tblsp oil1 Tblsp vinegar1 tsp vanilla extract
Add dry ingredients together into a 2-1/2 quart glass bowl and stir together with a wire whip.
Add: Water, Oil, Vanilla and Vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix with a wire whip until smooth.
Do not beat.
Lightly Spray a 2 Qt glass baking dish with PAM.
Best if this dish has a cover.
Pour the cake into the baking dish (will be about 1/3 full).
Add: Chocolate Chips to the top as an option.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover the Cake as soon as it comes out of the oven and let cool.
No need to frost the cake.
