Ingredients
3 cups whole oats (not instant)2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup splenda or leave it out if you want1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup FF milk1/2 cup applesauce2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters1 mashed ripe bananna (med)2 cups blueberries1 cup strawberries
Directions
Mix all ingeredients and bake in a 9X9 baking dish (spray dish with non stick spray) bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min or until set
cut into 5 or 6 servings
