Honey-wheat blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup all-purpose flour1 T. baking powder3/4 cup milk1 egg1/3 cup honey1/4 cup cooking oil1 tsp grated lemon peel1 1/2 cups blueberries1 T. flour
Directions
Combine first three ingredients. In seperate bowl, blend next five ingredients; add to flour mixture; stir just until moist. Toss berries with remaining 1 T. flour; fold into batter. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full; bake in preheated 375 oven 20-25 min. Cool on wire rack for five min.; remove from pan.
Yield: 12 muffins
