Simple ahi tuna w/ soy sauce and mirin

2 Ahi tuna steaks, 4 ozEden Mirin-rice cooking wine, 4 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Dynasty 100% Pure Sesame Seed Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves
Pour the mirin, sesame oil, soy sauce and chopped garlic cloves into a bowl and stir it well. Then let the tuna steaks marinate for about 15 mins - a couple hours. Then pan sear them until cooked to your desired state!
