1 lb lean ground beef˝ yellow onion2 lg stocks celery˝ green bell pepper1 Schilling Sloppy Joe Mix1 can Campbells Tomato Soup1 small can tomato sauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Brown hamburger in pan with chopped onion, celery and bell pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste while browning the meat. Sprinkle sloppy joe mix on meat and mix well.
Add tomato soup and sauce to meat mixture with 1 can of water (tomato soup can).
Stir well, turn heat down to medium/low and cover for 10 minutes.
Serve with lots of napkins – truly a ‘sloppy joe’
