Hamburger enchiladas

Ingredients
1.5 lb beef, browned1 bell pepper1/2 onion1 can or a few green chili peppers1 cup shredded cheddar cheesetorillas2 cups salsasour cream
Directions
Brown beef, drain. Brown veggies in same pan. Add 1/2 of salsa and 1/2 of cheese. Add small amount of salsa to bottom of 9 x 12 pan to prevent sticking. Roll meat mixture into tortillas and place in pan. Add remaining salsa over top, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 20 min. Top with sour cream when serving.
