HG Buffalo Chicken Chop Salad Wrap

Ingredients
1 large La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb/High Fiber Tortilla2.5 ounces cooked skinless chicken breast, chopped0.5 cup shredded lettuce2.5 teaspoons Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce2 teaspoons reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping1.5 teaspoons fat-free sour cream
Directions
Place chicken pieces in a small microwave-safe dish. Top with hot sauce and Parm-style toppin, and stir until chicken in thoroughly coated. Microwave for 45 seconds, or until hot.

Microwave tortilla until slightly warm. Lay tortilla flat and spread sour cream down the center. Place lettuce in the center of the tortilla, and top with chicken mixture.

Wrap tortilla up by folding in the sides first, and then rolling it up tightly from the bottom.
