3 oz of fresh Mozzarella, cubed1 tomato 1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar1 tbs basil
Directions
Chop the mozzarella and tomatoes into bite sized cubes, cover in oil and vinegar and dash basil on top!
