Mexican Crepes

Ingredients
Filling1 lb. lean ground beef1 8oz can tomato sauce1 pkg. taco seasoningf1 cup shredded cheeseCrepes1 cup flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup nonfat milk2 eggs1 tsp oilTopping LettuceTomatoTaco sauce
Directions
For filling: brown ground beef, drain. Combine sauce and seasoning; add to meat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheese. 1/4 cup per crepe.

For Crepes: Mix together all ingredients and pour 1/4 cup batter into crepe pan. Brown each side quickly.

To assemble: Put 1/4 cup filling on end of crepe and roll up. Put in a 9X13 baking dish and warm in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with toppings. Serves 6
