Kripalu Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
12 oz can of organic Black beans, brown rice, oats, red pepper, scallions, fresh basil, olive oil, salt
Directions
12 oz can organic black beans, drained well
dice pepper
slice scallions thin
chop fresh basil
Drain beans well. Combine half of the beans & rice in food processor and grind until beans & rice are broken up. Combine rest of ingredients. Using wet hands, form into patties. Bake on an oiled baking tray for 20 min at 350 degrees until brown on top and firm to touch. Don't try to cook these on the grill best in the oven
