Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients
4 c diced watermelon (seedless)1/4 c sugar in the raw3/8 tsp pure stevia powder1/4 c lemon juice1/3 c club soda
Directions
Puree all ingredients in the blender. Add more or less sugar/stevia to taste (can also add more or less watermelon according to taste).

Freeze in ice maker and serve immediately because sorbet gets hard like ice when storing in freezer. If freezer storage is necessary, set sorbet out to thaw for 15-20 minutes (or until it reaches desired consistency) before serving.

Makes close to 4 1-cup servings.
