Chimichanga

Ingredients
1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 tbs olive oil1 can refried beans, no fat kind1 tbs taco seasoning12 slices cheese12 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Cook chicken in the oil, until no longer pink. Move to a cutting board, and shred. Return to pan, and add the beans and taco seasoning. You can add more or less of the taco seasoning, depending on your tastes. If needed add about 1/2 cup of water to the mixture. Cook until heated through. Add about 2 tbs to the center of a warm tortilla, and top with 1 slice cheese. Fold. If you are going to put these into the freezer, wrap in aluminum foil. Bake the chimi's in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with your desired toppings.
