Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
16 oz Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), .5 cup Extra Light Olive Oil.75 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes.5 cup Balsamic Vinegar3 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted5 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese.5 cup Parmesan Cheese.25 cup Roasted Garlic Seasoning SaltSalt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Boil pasta and allow to cool. Pour olive oil on pasta and stir to combine.
In a food processor, puree sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Add to pasta
Chop olives and mozzarella cheese. Add to pasta
Add shredded cheese.
Season with roasted garlic seasoning. Allow to sit overnight. May need to salt and pepper the next day according to your taste.
