Ingredients
4 cups of shredded cabbage1/4 cup of shredded carrots1/4 cup of Hellman's Canola mayo2 T. non fat milk2 T. lowfat buttermilk4 t. sugar1/8 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 1/4 tsp. white vinegar3 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the cabbage and carrots. Add cabbage and carrot and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate to combine flavors. The longer you leave it in the fridge, the softer it becomes so if you reallly like it crunchy don't leave it too long.

Makes 6 - 1/4 cup servings (measured when it was soft).
