Josh's Favorite Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
1-8 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese3/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 c. butter1/2 c. 2% milk8 oz. fettuccine noodles6 oz. Chicken breast for each person
Directions
Makes 5 - 2 oz. servings of fettuccine and 1 - 6 oz. piece of chicken.

Alfredo: In a large saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese. Add milk, blend until smooth. Add parmesan and stir. Add cooked fettuccine, toss. Serve with chicken. (Melt everything slowly, takes about 30 minutes)

Chicken (optional, but included with calories): brush chicken lightly with olive oil (less than teaspoon for all chicken). Mix together 1 t. salt, 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. pepper, 2 - 3 t. minced fresh rosemary or 1 t. dried rosemary. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 min.,; drain. Bake 15 - 20 min. longer until juices run clear.

I intend to try this recipe with lowfat cream cheese and margarine to see the taste and calorie difference, but haven't done so yet.
