Directions
In a large saucepan, melt margarine. Add milk, sugar and cocoa. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and blend in peanut butter, 1.5 tsp vanilla and oatmeal. Either spread into a 9 x 13 pan lined with wax paper or margarine OR drop by tsp onto the same and cover with foil. Allow to harden in refrigerator. Store in air tight container. YUMMY!
