Seared Scallops w/ White Bean, Spinach, Bacon

Directions
White beans, spinach, bacon, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, garlic, pine nuts, sea scallops.
Cook bacon, drain fat, and put aside. Sautee onions, garlic until browned. Add spinach to onion and garlic sautee. Add beans, tomatoe, and lemon juice to sautee; cover and cook on low for 7 minutes. Add pine nuts and cooked bacon. Season and sear scallops; 3 minute sear per side. Serve scallops over bean, spinach, bacon.
