1 C oat flour2 C cottage cheese, 1% milkfat2 C liquid egg whites2 scoops Body Fortress Vanilla Protein Powder2 medium apples, cored and diced1/2 tsp apple pie spice4 packets Splenda 1 1/2 C sugar-free maple syrup, divided
Combine all ingredients except apples and pancake syrup in blender; process at medium speed until smooth. Add apples and pulse until the apples are about the consistency of minced apples. Cook on lightly greased skillet or griddle at medium high heat until brown on each side. Serve hot with pancake syrup. Yield: 6 servings.
