1.5 cups soaked pinto beans1 lb ground lean turkeysalt and pepper to tast1 onion chopped1 T garlic2 T. dried oregano1T ground cumin1 T dried cilantro3 cups chicken broth1 cup water or liquid from pressure cooked beans2 T tomato paste1 can (14.5oz) petit diced tomatoes1/2 cup chopped green scallions2 T lemon juice
Directions
soak beans over night or pressure cook, brown turkey then add ll the other remaining ingredents
