Black Bean & Sausage Soup

Ingredients
6 servings of italian sausage would be approximately 1-1/2 lbs. I use hot bulk sausage (no casing).
Directions
Chop up and cook sausage in a stock pot. Add onions, garlic, pepper celery, carrots and mushrooms and cook until tender. Add tomato paste and water and let it thicken. Add beef stock and beans and seasonings to taste. Let simmer for an hour and serve.
