Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp maple syrup3 tbsp lemon juice1/5 tsp salt (the tip of a spoon)1 tbsp almonds, slivered
Directions
Lightly roast the almonds in the olive oil.
Take off burner, add maple syrup, cool a few minutes, add lemon juice and salt, you can also add your favorite herbs. I prefer to toss into the salad with dressing before serving for more even distribution.
Great with all salads, specially those with baby spinach, or organic mixed greens.
