Baked Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredients

3 soft taco size tortillas (6 inch)1 tsp margarine (52% vegetable oil)1 tbsp granulated sugar1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (or to desired taste)
Mix sugar and cinamon together; set aside.
Lightly, but completely, spread margarine on tortillas.
Cut each tortilla into eight pieces, keeping them in tortilla shape. Pizza cutters work well.
Sprinkle each tortilla with cinnamon sugar.
Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes or until crispy throughout.
Cool and enjoy! Great alone or with fresh fruit or frozen yogurt.
