chicken with capers

Ingredients

Directions
bone and skin the chicken thighs. Dredge in flour that has been seasoned with ginger, and pepper. Brown in pan and remove. Add a little more butter to pan and brown sliced onion, after it has cooked down add garlic and cook briefly (do not burn) add apple juice, lemon juice and browned chicken thighs. Simmer for 20 minutes covered, remove cover add capers and let the dish cook down for 10 minutes. In the mean while cook the pasta. We love this with a salad and vegetable. The left overs are also very good.
