3 Chicken Breasts3 pieces of Virgina Baked Ham3 Sliced of Cheddar Cheese1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup4 T of Margarine3 cups of Broccoli2 cups of cooked Brown RiceEgg BeatersBread Crumbs
Cook the rice
Steam the broccoli
Add Margerine/Salt/Pepper to Broccoli
Stir the rice and broccoli together
Add the soup to the mixture
Add to a greased pan
Fillet the chicken breasts
Take a piece of ham and roll a piece of cheddar cheese inside it
Stuff the ham/cheese roll into the chicken breast
Season breadcrumbs with salt/pepper/garlic/onion powdered/paprika
Lay the breasts on top of the rice mixture
Bake covered for the first half hour
