low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1 package Jello (or store brand) chocolate instant pudding mix. 1 8oz tub Cool whip free whipped topping2 cups fat free milk
Directions
pour pudding mix into milk and beat with hand held mixer until think. Make sure to use a spatula to scrape sides of bowl while mixing to ensure entire packet of pudding is mixed in with milk.
add cool whip topping and continue to mix with mixer until fully combined.
divide mousse into 6 desert dishes.

    It is delicious. However I do not know how the nutritional info was calculated. I did mine with Jello Sugar Free Chocolate which list it as 35 cal x 6=210 calories, a tub of 8 oz. Cool Whip Free has 25 servings at 15 calories a piece= 375 calories, and milk had 300 calories added = 885/6=147.5 serv. - 5/7/13

    This really fulfilled my chocolate craving! I added 3 packsof the 100 calorie oreo wafers to make it a sort of cookies and cream - it upped it to 100 calories total per serving, but it was so worth it! - 6/10/10
