Cedric's Casserole

Ingredients
6 C. shredded Cabbage1/2 C. chopped Onion1 lb. very lean Ground Beef1 can Tomato Soup(rinse can with little water and add)
Directions
Put medium head of cabbage through shredder.
Cook ground beef with onion. (Do not brown.)

Spray casserole and layer cabbage and meat.
Pour can of soup over it.

Cover loosely and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes.

I would like celery added and a few spices.
Could also top with cheese near end of cooking time.

Serve over rice. (I put Dirty Rice Casserole in at same time.)
