Blueberry Bran Muffin

1 1/4 cup flour1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 can (14 ozs) peaches in light syrup (undrained)2/3 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs3 tbsp veg. oil4 cups of Bran Flakes Cereal2 cups blueberreis
Makes 24 small muffins. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and set aside.
In a medium bowel, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Drain peaches and reserve 1/3 cup syrup. Pour peaches and reserved syrup into a blender and puree until smooth. In a large bowl wisk together pureed peaches, brown sugar, egg and vegetable oil. Add Bran flakes and mix well. Add flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
