Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey breast4 slices fat free american cheese slices1 1/2 cloves garlic (or garlic salt)dash of salt/pepper4 Healthy Life Light hamburger buns
Directions
Place turkey in a large mixing bowl, add garlic, salt, and pepper and knead. Form 8 small patties. Fold slice of cheese into four squares and place on top of one patty. Place second patty on top and pinch sides so that cheese is completely covered. Repeat. You should have 4 cheese-stuffed patties.
I use a George Foreman grill to cook these: place on the grill (*the cheese will definitely ooze out a little, just use a form and put it on top of the burger*).
A great healthy lunch, especially served with baked lays!

Really good. I added a little oatmeal to make it stick together better but that only added an additional 60 cal and 1 g fat. Also, I only used half the cheese. I ate it without the bun because the cheese squirts out and makes quite a mess. So fork and knife for me. lol - 7/15/07
