Braised Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
6 oz. chicken breast, no skin, diced6 medium mushrooms, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced2 cloves of garlic2 tbsp marsala cooking wine1 serving butter flavored cooking spray
Directions
Spray pan with butter spray.
Add thinly sliced sweet onion.
Cook over medium-low heat till onions are soft.
Add chicken, mushrooms and garlic and season with a non-salt seasoning.
Let mixture cook for at least 15 mins (or until chicken is cooked through).
Just before serving turn heat up to med high and add cooking wine to glaze the pan and blend the flavors.
Serve and enjoy.
