1 cup cooked quinoa2 apples cored and diced1 cup fresh blueberries1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 cup low fat vanilla yogert'
Directions
cook 1 cup quinoa in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, cool.
add all other ingred. Mix all. May add some splenda if you want sweeter
