Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 12 cup, shreddedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium wholeBush's, Black Beans, 1 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup (remove)1 whole Chicken Breast, no skinTortilla Chips, 7 oz
Directions
*Boil chicken or cook till well done in 4 tablespoons taco seasoning and two cups water, cut up and set aside.
*Combine lettuce, cheese, chicken, tortilla chips toss lightly
*Add black beans and tomatoes last toss lightly, otherwise they will all fall to the bottom if you over toss.

Serve with dressing, sour cream and or salsa, not included in calorie and nutritional information.

    Very good, however, I found that when boiling the chicken with the seasoning in water, the chicken really did not retain much of the taco flavor. I cooked, shredded and then heated it in a skillet with the taco seasoning folllowing the package directions and the flavor was much, much better. - 5/7/10
