Crunchy Pepper Salad (less than 150 calories)

Ingredients
1 medium pepper (green, yellow, red or orange - my favorite is red)cucumber (a few slices - 5)carrots (I used 4 baby carrots, cut in half)Olive oil (1tsp)Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)1/2 oz. shredded parmesanshake or two of Italian seasoning (I have a homemade blend with garlic in it mmm)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Eat!!!

If you don't have all the ingredients, you can make this with a single pepper and cheese, or pepper and tomato, onion, etc. The key to the flavor is the OO, vinegar and herbs. Really clean, yummy and fresh tasting.
