SALSA CHICKEN LOW FAT & LOW SUGAR

Ingredients
4 (8 oz) CHICKEN BREAST, skinless and boneless1 16 oz. JAR SALSA (any variety)
Directions
Pour salsa on chicken breast in a Crock Pot (8 hours) or a Large baking glass dish or baking pan for 1 hour. (If you want the chicken moist, put a cookie sheet pan over the top)

Four (4) chicken Breast and if you cut the Breast in half 4oz (4 oz serving size) which you can serve 8 people.

Place in 350 degree oven
BAKE 1 HOUR

Serve with a Large Salad, Lettuce, Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Radishes, Onions, and top with CROUTONS
