3 Medium Bell Peppers (I like the yellow, red and orange ones)1 tbls parmesan shredded cheese1 large egg1/4 cup cooked wild rice (from leftovers)3 tbls chopped onions2 slices of cooked and cooled bacon (chopped)2 tsp Salt, Pepper (to taste, add garlic if you like)3 tbls BBQ sauce (I like Stubbs or Sonny Bryans)
